PowerElements Connectors
PowerElements are designed for high current sourcing and distribution on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). They facilitate wire-to-board connections, component assembly, fixation (e.g., screw locking for fuses and relays), and conductor rail connections. Additional insulation bodies, such as twist protection, prevent shorts on the cable side. PowerElements also address mechanical challenges like PCB connections within housings, internal connections, or between PCBs. The two-piece design allows for press-fitting from both sides of the PCB, with bearing surfaces protecting against mechanical stress during assembly. Connection options are highly versatile, including headless screws, thread nuts, through holes, blind holes, and various angles, installation heights, connection surfaces, and thread/drill dimensions.
