The MX23A connector is a compact, low-profile, waterproof connector designed for a wide range of waterproof equipment, including automobiles, motorcycles, and other outdoor applications. It features a robust waterproof structure with a seal ring in the mating area and a grommet in the wire insertion area, providing full protection against water ingress. A reverse type pin connector is also available for enhanced mounting flexibility.

• Low profile design with board mounting height of 18.3mm and socket connector height of 22.2mm max. (2-row type: 12 to 34 positions).
• High reliability is ensured by two leaf springs in the socket contact and a large chamfer at the front edge to prevent grommet damage.
• Incomplete insertion of the socket contact into its housing can be detected during the front cap mounting process.
• Fully waterproof grommet used for crimped socket contact insertion area to reduce size.
• Water ingress protection achieved in the connector's mating area with a seal ring, fully protected by the insulator.
• Reverse type pin connector (with pins facing up) is available (18, 26, 34 positions).
